During this online workshop, you will learn about the Chakra/Energy systems in your body and what emotions are held in them.  You will journal about what you would like to release and energies you would like to bring in.  This will be followed by a meditation that will guide you through each Chakra while I do some Reiki Healing for you. After this you will journal about your experience and share if you care to.
